We make gelato using Beni Hoppe from Tamura Farm in Inatori. Benihoppe is a strawberry that allows you to enjoy the original sweet and sour taste of strawberries.

The milk used at La DOPPIETTA is milk grown in a basin called Tanna, which is about 20 minutes by car from Atami. Originally, it was made to be safe, nutritious, and delicious for the children of dairy farming families! We use milk that was made with this in mind.
